Clark joined Vitric 7 drawn by the opportunity to change his own life while making a positive impact on the people around him – and to work toward building the kind of financial freedom that creates real options. What sealed it for him was the culture. He could feel from the start that Vitric 7 is a firm that genuinely takes care of its people, and that its family-oriented environment made it the right fit.
Looking ahead, Clark has big goals both inside and outside of the office. He plans to relocate to Georgia or Texas, build a home from the ground up, start a family, and grow his clothing brand into a fully realized company – all while continuing to take on greater leadership responsibility within the organization.

Lisa Buckhalter is Head of HR and Talent Acquisition at Vitric 7, where she leads hiring and human resources with a strong focus on building a safe, stable, and people-centered workplace. She is committed to fostering an environment grounded in respect, accountability, and psychological safety – ensuring hiring practices are fair, consistent, and aligned with the team’s core values.
Her leadership approach is intentional and people-first, with an emphasis on accessibility and an open-door policy that encourages communication, support, and collaboration at every level. She prioritizes creating a positive, supportive experience throughout every stage of the employee journey.
Outside of her professional role, Lisa is a devoted wife, proud mother of four, dog mom, and cat mom. She enjoys cooking, skincare, arts and crafts, reading, and spending time outdoors with her family. She values simple moments that allow her to recharge and maintain balance while staying connected to the things she loves.
