We believe in promoting from within. We find that developing managers from the inside, rather than hiring from the outside, creates a better, more well-rounded leadership team, and gives our team members more opportunities to grow professionally.

Our goal is to help our team members first master the basics of sales and marketing, client relationship building, and self-management. The Vitric 7 training program is designed to help team members strengthen communication skills, develop strong negotiation skills, and plant a foundation for great work habits that will propel them into the future.

Entry-level training includes learning energy industry product knowledge and trends, customer acquisition and retention, interpersonal communication, mastering systems and techniques to bring quality to the customer and client, and relationship building. We believe in rewarding people for their hard work so we are performance-based, we promote only from within and have no seniority.

As the individual progresses through the training program, they take on new responsibilities and gain new skills in team leadership, training and development, coaching and mentorship, and entrepreneurship.

We believe that the only way a person can learn to successfully lead a team is for that person to build a strong foundation of experience in a variety of departments before taking on a leadership role.
